Most routine results are available within 24 hours and most STAT results are available within hours of specimen receipt. Reporting schedules may vary, however, depending upon the complexity of the test requested and the time required for its determination. SuppliesThe laboratory will provide all supplies necessary for specimen collection for testing at our laboratory. For prompt delivery, submit a completed supply requisition form to your Client Service Representative (Courier), or fax the completed supply requisition form to (904) 308-5638. Technical AssistanceClient Relation Representatives are available to assist with questions concerning reports, specimen requirements, and testing schedules.
