Our Customer Call Center will address these issues as quickly as possible (during normal working hours of 8am - 5pm M-F), and typically have a resolution or answer within four hours.

Please do not submit requests for specimen pickups using this method. Requests for specimen pickups should continue to be made via the phone at (904) 308-5600 (option 1).
